What Types of Powersports Equipment Do You Offer?
We offer a wide range of powersports equipment, including boats, WaveRunners, jet skis, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and more. Check our website for the full list of available rentals.
How Do I Book a Rental?
You can book a rental by visiting our website, selecting your preferred location and equipment, and following the booking process. Alternatively, you can call us at (385) 832-8967 to make a reservation over the phone.
What Are Your Cancellation Policies?
Day of Reservation or Day Before: No refund.
2 Days Before: 80% cancellation fee (20% refund).
3 to 6 Days Before: 40% cancellation fee (60% refund).
1 to 4 Weeks Before: 20% cancellation fee (80% refund).
1 to 3 Months Before: 10% cancellation fee (90% refund).
More than 3 Months Before: 5% cancellation fee (95% refund).
What Is Your Rescheduling Policy?
You can reschedule for free up to 2 days before your reservation. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a 15% fee.
What Safety Gear Do You Provide?
We recommend wearing safety gear such as helmets and protective clothing. While we may offer some safety gear, it's best to confirm with us directly for specific equipment.
Do I Need a License to Rent Equipment?
For most off-road rentals, you do not need a license. However, for on-road motorcycles, a motorcycle endorsement is typically required. Check local regulations for specific requirements.
What Are Your Fuel Policies?
Full Tank: If you take the machine with a full tank, return it with a full tank.
Low or Empty Tank: If you take it with a low tank, return it in the same condition.
Fuel Type: Ensure you use the correct fuel type.
What Happens If I Damage the Equipment?
You are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Damages will be deducted from your security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
Can I Add Additional Drivers?
Yes, but each driver must sign a liability waiver and meet our age and licensing requirements.
What Are Your Late Return Policies?
Late returns incur a fee of $1 per minute after the scheduled return time.
Do You Offer Any Discounts or Promotions?
