Club Powersports Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling, Fuel, and Damage Policies
Booking Policy
We aim to provide a seamless and flexible experience for our customers. Please review our policies to ensure clarity regarding your booking:
Cancellation Policy
To accommodate changing plans, our cancellation policy is structured as follows:
- Day of Reservation or Day Before Reservation: No refund.
- 2 Days Before Reservation: 80% cancellation fee (20% refund).
- 3 to 6 Days Before Reservation: 40% cancellation fee (60% refund).
- 1 to 4 Weeks Before Reservation: 20% cancellation fee (80% refund).
- 1 to 3 Months Before Reservation: 10% cancellation fee (90% refund).
- More than 3 Months Before Reservation: 5% cancellation fee (95% refund).
Rescheduling Policy
- Free Rescheduling: Reschedule at no cost up to 2 days before your reservation.
- Rescheduling within 48 Hours: A 15% rescheduling fee will apply if the request is made within 48 hours of your reservation.
Important Notes:
- Rescheduling is not the same as cancellation.
- To reschedule without incurring a fee, please contact us at least 2 days before your original reservation.
- A 15% fee will apply if rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the reservation.

Club Powersports Fuel Policy
To ensure an optimal rental experience, please adhere to the following fuel requirements:
- Full Tank of Fuel: If you receive the machine with a full tank, you must return it with a full tank.
- Low or Nearly Empty Tank of Fuel: If the machine is rented with a low or nearly empty tank, you may return it in the same condition.
Fuel Type: Use the correct fuel type for the machine. If you’re unsure, ask our shop manager during checkout.
Important Note: Non-compliance with the fuel policy may result in additional fuel or damage fees, which will be deducted from your damage security deposit.

Club Powersports Damage Policy
To ensure the safe return of our equipment, the following policies are in place:
Damage Security Deposit: A damage security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount is determined by the shop manager and must be paid before you take possession of the machine.
Liability Waiver: All rentals require a signed liability waiver, provided by the shop manager. Each driver must read, understand, and sign their own waiver to accept responsibility for the equipment.
Damages and Late Returns:
- Damage Costs: If the machine is returned late or damaged, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
- Cost Determination: The shop manager will assess repair costs, including parts and labor. If you disagree with this assessment, Club Powersports offers a $100 review service to reach a fair resolution for both parties.

Additional Booking Details
Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Pick-up is available between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Drop-off occurs the following day or days between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. For special scheduling needs, please contact us in advance.
Trailer Hook-Ups: A 2-inch ball and standard 4-prong electrical adapter are required for trailer hook-ups. These can be provided for a small fee.
Gas Policy
Boat Rentals: Boats are provided with a full tank of gas. You are required to top off the gas with regular unleaded fuel before returning the boat.
Jet Ski Rentals: Jet skis are typically rented with a low fuel level, and you are expected to return them in the same condition. Additional gas cans are provided, usually empty, for your convenience. We recommend filling up the extra gas cans on your way to the lake and topping off the jet skis with regular 85-octane unleaded fuel.
Security Deposit
- Jet Ski Rentals: A security deposit of $500 per set is required at the time of pick-up.
- Boat Rentals: A security deposit of $1,500 is required at the time of pick-up.
The security deposit may be paid via credit card, Venmo, or cash at pick-up. This deposit is fully refundable if the equipment is returned undamaged (excluding normal wear and tear). In the case of damages, repair costs will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Insurance
While insurance is not required, we strongly recommend it if your personal insurance policy does not cover rental equipment. Insurance can be purchased for an additional $25 per machine, per day, at the time of pick-up. This insurance covers repair costs exceeding the security deposit.
Guidelines for Safe Use
- Docking: Never submerge the gas cans in water when docking the machines, as this can contaminate the gas and cause engine issues.
- Water Depth: Keep the machines in at least 4 feet of water at all times to avoid damaging the equipment. Do not pull them onto the beach.
- Monitoring: Always keep a close watch on the equipment when it is anchored. You are responsible for any theft or damage.
- Safety: Follow all local regulations and safety guidelines for operating watercraft. Club Powersports is not liable for personal injuries or property damage while using our equipment.
