Club Powersports Refund, Rescheduling, Fuel, and Damage Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy based on the timing of your request:

  • Day of Reservation or Day Before Reservation: No refund.
  • 2 Days Before Reservation: 80% cancellation fee (20% refund).
  • 3 to 6 Days Before Reservation: 40% cancellation fee (60% refund).
  • 1 to 4 Weeks Before Reservation: 20% cancellation fee (80% refund).
  • 1 to 3 Months Before Reservation: 10% cancellation fee (90% refund).
  • More than 3 Months Before Reservation: 5% cancellation fee (95% refund).

Rescheduling Policy

We offer flexible rescheduling options. Please note the following guidelines:

  • Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule for free up to 2 days before your reservation.
  • Rescheduling within 48 Hours: A 15% rescheduling fee will apply if you request to reschedule within 48 hours of your reservation.

Important Notes:

  • Rescheduling is not equivalent to cancellation.
  • To reschedule without incurring fees, please contact us at least 2 days before your original reservation.
  • A 15% rescheduling fee will apply if the request is made within 48 hours of the reservation.

Club Powersports Fuel Policy

We ask that all customers follow our fuel guidelines to ensure a smooth rental experience:

  • Full Tank of Fuel: If you take the machine with a full tank, it must be returned with a full tank.
  • Low or Nearly Empty Tank: If the machine is rented with a low or nearly empty tank, you may return it in the same condition.

Fuel Type: Please ensure you use the correct fuel type. If unsure, ask our shop manager during the checkout process.

Important Note: Failure to comply with the fuel policy may result in additional fuel or damage fees, which will be deducted from your damage security deposit.

Club Powersports Damage Policy

To ensure all equipment is treated with care, the following policies apply:

  • Damage Security Deposit: A damage security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount will be determined by the shop manager and must be paid before you take possession of the machine.

  • Liability Waiver: All drivers must sign a liability waiver provided by the shop manager. Each driver must read, understand, and sign their own waiver, acknowledging responsibility for the equipment.

Damages and Late Returns:

  • Damage Costs: If the machine is returned late or with damages, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
  • Cost Determination: The shop manager will assess the cost of damages, including parts and labor. If you disagree with this assessment, Club Powersports offers a $100 review service to attempt a fair resolution for both parties.
